I chose this picture s a symbol for Hester. Throughout the book Hester continuously stood out from the rest of her Puritan community. Not just because she was punished but she still stood tall and wasnt' embarassed by what she did.

This picture really sums up my perspective on life. I chose this picture because i think that i live my life like a maze trying to acomplish goals. Their are times where i'm lost and confused not having any clue of which way to turn. Sometimes i take the wrong path but after i learn from my mistake. I try to change it and go in the direction of the right path. I am the type of person that will never give up because if i do then i'll be stuck and not acomplish anything. Just like a maze has many routs you can take not all of them will lead you to the way out. During my life i expirienced many different things that gave me more sense of what path to take and hopefully I will come out in the end with a goal acomplished.
